Welcome to the Maplefresh.ca Order Tracking page. We understand that you are eager to receive your order, and we are committed to providing you with the most accurate and up-to-date information about your order status.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order details and a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order.
You can also find the tracking information in your Maplefresh account. Log into your account, go to “My Orders”, select the order you want to track, and you will see the tracking information for that order.
Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times can vary based on the shipping method selected during checkout, as well as the destination of the order. We work with a variety of carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, but this can change depending on the circumstances.
Troubleshooting
If you have not received your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, or if the tracking information is not working, please contact our customer service team at support@maplefresh.ca. We will assist you in finding your order status.
