Return Window

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please send us an email at return@maplefresh.ca.

    • For defective products: If you received an incorrect item, if it was damaged during shipping, or if it’s defective in any other way, we would ask you to detail the issue in the return form.
    • For customer remorse: If you’ve changed your mind about the product, or if it doesn’t fit, please indicate this reason on the return form.

Product Condition

We accept returns only for new products. Please ensure that the item is returned in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees. You will be refunded the full amount of the product.

Return Shipping Costs

    • For defective products: The actual cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • For customer remorse: The actual cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment in USD.
