Instructions:
Experience the full effect of Book Expressive by spritzing one to two times directly on your pulse points, such as your wrists, inner elbows, or sides of the neck. These warmer areas of the body act as natural diffusers, allowing the scent to envelop you. After application, allow the fragrance to air dry, as rubbing or dabbing can break down the fragrance and cause it to wear off more quickly. For those who wear fragrance on their wrists, it is recommended to reapply after frequent handwashing. To extend the shelf life of your bottle, be sure to properly store it by recapping after each use and avoiding direct sunlight.

Recycling Instructions:
Commodity is committed to sustainability. While their packaging is not fully recyclable yet, you can recycle most of the fragrance components. The box, paper notecard, and pulp tray should be recycled as paper. The glass bottle and metal pump should be recycled as glass. However, please throw the cellophane and bottle cap in the trash for proper disposal.
Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum?
The difference lies in the volume of perfume oil. Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains five to nine percent perfume oil, while Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains more, usually eight to 14 percent. EDPs last longer and have a more intense scent, making Book Expressive Eau de Parfum the perfect choice for those who want a long-lasting fragrance experience.
About the Bottle:
The Expressive Collection of Commodity fragrances features the classic black-and-white bottles that have become synonymous with the brand. These bottles represent the transition of Commodity’s original formulations to the Expressive Scent Space. The Expressive fragrances strike the perfect balance between the positive and negative, creating a harmonious olfactory experience.
About the Fragrance:
Book Expressive Eau de Parfum was created by Ketrin Leka, the maker behind this captivating scent. Inspired by her cherished childhood memories in the library, Leka wanted to recreate the wonder and magic of turning the pages and breathing in the scent of dry paper mingling with fresh air. Book Expressive transports you to the New York Public Library, allowing you to relive the experience of yesterday.
