Mehron StarBlend cake makeup is a fade-resistant, perspiration-resistant, and non-streaking product that offers exceptional coverage and blends easily with an effortless application. The highly pigmented makeup is best applied with a dry smoothie blender for accent or base color. It comes in a 2 oz. size and can also be used wet, but the water needs to be mixed well into the surface of the cake to create a creamy consistency. Once used wet, it cannot be used dry again. This makeup is moisture-absorbing and can be easily removed with soap and water.
