Instructions:
Start at the base of your lashes and wiggle the brush up to the tip of your lashes. Repeat to build. To apply to your lower lashes, hold the wand vertically. Do not pump the brush in the container, as this adds air that can dry out the mascara. To prevent clumping, let it dry between coats.
