Instructions:
For a “gelly” skin look, start with one to two dots of ModCon blush. Use your fingers or a dense brush to dab and build the blush wherever you desire. Avoid overworking the product. You can also mix shades together to create a fully custom color, allowing you to be the artist. If you have oily skin, it’s recommended to set your complexion with Lock-It Setting Powder (sold separately) before applying the blush.
