Instructions:
For dry application, apply the eyeshadows over the Master Prep and Set primer (sold separately) as a base for superior grip and buildability. Use your fingers or the E4 brush (sold separately) to apply the shadows. To achieve a wet application, dampen the E4 or E5 brush (each sold separately) and apply the shadows. For an enhanced effect, utilize the Master Metal™ Manipulator™ (sold separately). Simply scrape a bit of the powder into the removable mixing well using the spatula, add a bit of Manipulator™, mix with the spatula or E4 brush, and witness the transformation into pearlized liquid foil. You can also use the shadows to line the eyes for a dramatic and editorial effect.
