Instructions:
- Shake well to fully mix. Remove cap.
- Press the button on the bottom of the bottle to dispense one drop on your fingertip.
- Massage your fingers together and apply the primer on each lid. Just one drop is enough for both eyes.
- Let it dry for a few seconds before applying eyeshadow.
Tip: A little goes a long way, so use sparingly.
