Instruction:
To achieve perfect eyebrows, use an angled brow brush with short, stiff bristles to outline and fill your brows with the DIPBROW® Pomade. After applying the desired amount of color, blend with a clean spooley brush. Remember to dip your brush into the pot and swipe it across the inside of the cap to remove excess product or collect more as needed. For removal, use waterproof makeup remover.
