Instructions:
To achieve perfect brows, use an angled brow brush with short, stiff bristles to outline and fill. After applying the desired amount of color, blend with a clean spooley brush for a seamless finish. Remember to dip your brush into the pot and swipe it across the inside of the cap to remove excess product or collect more as needed.
