Instructions:
- Use short, light strokes to fill in sparse brows.
- Apply the powder onto the brow using the Mini Duo Angled Spooley Brush #7.
- Use the spooley brush to pull the color through.
- Use both shades of Brow Powder Duo to create an even finish that has natural highlights and lowlights.
- Apply the darker shade to areas that have little to no hair, and then the lighter shade over both the darker shade and the rest of the brows.
