Instructions:
- Apply the Pro Pencil all over the face and lids as desired.
- For highlighting and concealing purposes, blend with a #20 Brush or ring finger.
- Use the Pro Pencil to outline the brow and blend with Brush 20 filled with Brow Wiz.
- Create a cat eye at the outer edges of the eye using the Pro Pencil and blend with Brush 20.
- Define the outer edges of the lips for a matte look and blend with Brush 20.

To lift the jowl area, use the Pro Pencil on the corners of the mouth in an upward motion and blend with Brush #20.
