- Apply the Brow Pen in the areas where your brows are more sparse, working in the direction of hair growth.
- Lightly etch in any areas you want added detail and definition.
- Blend softly using a spoolie brush.
- Let it dry for 20 seconds.
- Finish with Clear Brow Gel for a polished look.
For defined and dimensional brows:
- Start with clean brows and outline and fill them using Brow Definer.
- Blend through with the spoolie end.
- Apply Brow Pen in the areas where your brows are more sparse, working in the direction of hair growth.
