Instructions:
- Glide the eyebrow pencil along the base of your brow to shape.
- Fill in your brow by drawing short, upward strokes from the start of the brow to the tail.
- Blend with the included spoolie brush for a seamless finish.
- For a bold and feathery brow look, use the Hella On Point pencil to fill in the entire brow from beginning to arch. Then define the arch and tail with the Most Def pencil (sold separately).
- Twist up the no-sharpen tip as you use.
