Instructions:
- Glide the eyebrow pencil along the base of your brow to shape.
- Fill in your brow by drawing short, upward strokes from the start to the tail.
- Blend the color with the included spoolie brush.
- For a bold and feathery brow look, use the Hella On Point pencil to fill in the brow from beginning to arch. Then, define the arch and tail with Most Def (sold separately).
- Twist up the no-sharpen tip as you use.
