Instructions:
- Glide the eyebrow pencil along the base of your brow to shape.
- Fill in your brow by drawing short, upward strokes from the start of the brow to the tail.
- Blend the color with the included spoolie brush.
For a bold and feathery brow look:
- Use Hella On Point to fill in your brow from beginning to arch.
