- Begin with clean skin—no foundation or powder.
- Apply Perfectionist Brow Gel (sold separately) to comb through brows for desired shape.
- Wait for the gel to set before filling in the brow.
- Holding the pen at an angle, fill in any sparse areas of the brow by flicking the brow pen upward to create hair-like strokes.
- Remember, less is more. Only fill in the areas that appear to be missing hair, rather than the entire brow.
- The shade of the strokes will be lighter with a softer stroke and darker with more pressure applied to the pen.
- To create a bushy and voluminous brow, extend the hair strokes outside the natural shape of the brow using different pressure on each flick to add dimension and depth.
