Instructions:
- Groom hairs in place with the included spoolie.
- Outline the shape of your brows by underlining beneath the brow starting from the tip, using short strokes.
- Comb upward to blend and soften the lines.
- Outline the top of your brows, create an arch, and extend through the tail end to elongate the brow.
- Create small upward flicks at the tip of the brow and fill in sparse areas as desired.
