Instructions:
Apply the Rare Beauty Brow Harmony Shape & Fill Duo using the built-in two-in-one applicator. Use the angled brush to apply short strokes, filling in any sparse areas of your brows. Then, use the precision spoolie to comb through and shape brows or soften any harsh edges.
For naturally defined brows, groom brow hairs into place with the spoolie. Using the angled brush, press the lighter shade of putty onto the brow to fill in sparse areas from the head of the brow to the natural arch. Apply the deeper shade of putty from the arch of the brow to the tail. Finish by using the spoolie to groom brows and soften color as needed.
For bold, full brows, lightly dampen the angled brush with Always an Optimist Four-in-One Mist (sold separately). Using the dampened brush, stipple the deeper shade of putty onto the brow in short strokes, working from the middle of the arch to the tail.
