Instructions:
To achieve naturally defined brows, groom your brow hairs into place with the precision spoolie. Use the angled brush to apply short strokes, filling in any sparse areas of your brows. Start from the head of the brow and work towards the natural arch, pressing the lighter shade of putty onto the brow. Then, apply the deeper shade of putty from the arch to the tail. Finish by grooming brows with the spoolie to soften the color as needed.
For bold, full brows, lightly dampen the angled brush with Always an Optimist Four-in-One Mist (sold separately). Using the dampened brush, stipple the deeper shade of putty onto the brow in short strokes, starting from the middle of the arch to the tail.
