Instructions:
To achieve naturally defined brows, start by grooming brow hairs into place with the included spoolie. Then, use the angled brush to apply short strokes of the lighter shade of putty from the head of the brow to the natural arch, filling in any sparse areas. Repeat the same technique with the deeper shade of putty from the arch of the brow to the tail. Finish by grooming brows with the spoolie to soften the color if needed.
For bold, full brows, lightly dampen the angled brush with Always an Optimist Four-in-One Mist (sold separately). Using the dampened brush, stipple the deeper shade of putty onto the brow in short strokes, starting from the middle of the arch to the tail.
