Instructions:
For naturally defined brows:
- Groom brow hairs into place with the spoolie.
- Using the angled brush, apply short strokes to fill in any sparse areas of your brows with the lighter shade of putty.
- Apply the deeper shade of putty from the arch of the brow to the tail.
- Use the spoolie to groom brows and soften color as needed.
For bold, full brows:
- Lightly dampen the angled brush with Always an Optimist Four-in-One Mist (sold separately).
- Stipple the deeper shade of putty onto the brow in short strokes, working from the middle of the arch to the tail.
