Instructions:
To apply:
- Brush the entire brow using an eyebrow brush or spoolie to tame hairs.
- Start applying the tinted brow gel at the center of the eyebrow, following the natural line.
- Spread the gel from the center to the tip, brushing hairs upward.
- Go over brows as needed for desired intensity.
- Define and fill in the head of the eyebrow with a light hand.
To remove:
Use a bi-phase waterproof makeup remover.
