- Brush your brows upward with the dry spoolie, following the natural hair direction.
- Use the pencil as a guide for where your brows should begin and end.
- Hold the pencil vertically from the lower corner of your nose to determine where your brows should begin.
- Tilt the pencil diagonally from the same starting point to the outer corner of your eye to determine where your brows should end.
- Apply gentle, baby strokes to fill in any sparse areas, using a light touch for a natural look.
- Repeat until your brows are just right.
