Instructions:
For precise eyeliner application, apply the long-lasting eyeliner directly onto the eyelid as close to the lash line as possible. Flick the pencil upward and out at the end of the lash line to create a winged eyeliner look. Use on both top and bottom lashes for a natural or bold makeup look.
