Instructions:
To achieve instant definition, glide the gel eyeliner along your lash line and/or waterline, starting from the inner corner. Build up the thickness to your desired look. For a smoky effect, smudge out the liner immediately before it sets. It is recommended to work on one eye at a time for better control. To sharpen the pencil, simply pop out the built-in sharpener from the bottom and twist it over the pencil to reshape the tip.
