Instructions:
To achieve a precise line, start at the inner corner of the eye and place the eyeliner pencil as close as possible to the lash line. Glide across the lash line for a precise line or smudge for a smokier look. For a tight line, bridge the gap between the skin and lashes by “tight lining” the upper lash line. Look down into a mirror and place the liner on the waterline, gliding across from the inner to outer corner, blending the creamy eyeliner between the lashes. Please note that Killer Sapphire and Killer Queen shades are not meant for use on the waterline.
