Instructions:
- Start at the inner corner of the eye, placing the eyeliner pencil as close as possible to the lash line.
- Glide across the lash line for a precise line, or smudge for a smokier look.
- For a tight line, “tight line” the upper lash line by placing the liner on the waterline and gliding across from the inner to outer corner, blending between the lashes.
- Note: Killer Sapphire and Killer Queen shades are not meant for use on the waterline.
