Instructions:
- Start at the inner corner of the eye and place the eyeliner pencil as close as possible to the lash line.
- Glide the pencil across the lash line for a precise line, or smudge it for a smokier look.
- For a tight line, “tight line” the upper lash line by bridging the gap between the skin and lashes. Look down into a mirror and place the liner on the waterline, gliding across from the inner to outer corner. Blend the creamy eyeliner between the lashes.
- Note: Killer Sapphire and Killer Queen shades are not meant for use on the waterline.
