Instructions:
For precise application, start at the inner corner of the eye and place the eyeliner pencil as close as possible to the lash line. Glide the pencil across the lash line for a precise line or smudge it for a smokier look. To achieve a tight line, “tight line” the upper lash line by placing the liner on the waterline and gliding it across from the inner to outer corner, blending it between the lashes. Please note that Killer Sapphire and Killer Queen are not meant for use on the waterline.
