For an easy, everyday look, apply the Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Matte Eye Shadow directly to the eyelid and blend with your fingers or a brush. The richly pigmented colors can stand alone or be mixed and matched for a custom-eye look. The creamy, buildable formula gives you plenty of playtime to smudge, blend, line, fill, or define to create any look you desire.
For all-over color, simply apply the eye shadow stick directly to the eyelid and blend. For a more concentrated application, tap and blend with your fingers. For a softer, more diffused look, use a small eyeshadow brush to blend. For definition and detailed application, apply and blend with a smaller brush. Smaller blending brushes can also be used for more targeted blending in specific shapes or areas. For more precise application, use a thin and pointed brush to line or fill.
For a more intense look, start by washing a neutral base color all over the eyelid. Then, go in with a deeper shade starting on the outer corner of the eye and blend into the crease for added dimension.
