Instructions:
As a shadow:

1. Sweep the stick along the lash line from the inner to outer corners.

3. Use a brush to blend it up and out.
As a liner:
1. Begin at the center of the lid and extend the line to the outer corner.
2. Repeat from the inner corner, meeting at the center.
