Instructions:
To achieve more intense color payoff, start by applying the Step 1 Eye & Lip Primer (sold separately). You can apply the eyeshadow with your fingertips or use the Artisan Brush 226 (sold separately) for precise application. For a waterproof wear, mix the eyeshadow with Aqua Seal (sold separately) before applying. It can also be layered over pencils, creams, or Aqua XL Paint (sold separately) for added dimension.
