To achieve the best results, start by applying the Step 1 Eye & Lip Primer (sold separately) for more intense color payoff and up to 24-hour wear. You can apply the eyeshadow with your fingertips or with the Artisan Brush 226 (sold separately) for a more intense color. For added versatility, layer the eyeshadow over pencils, creams, or Aqua XL Paint (sold separately). If you want waterproof wear, mix the eyeshadow with Aqua Seal (sold separately) prior to application.
