To achieve more intense color payoff and up to 24-hour wear, start by applying the Step 1 Eye & Lip Primer (sold separately). You can apply the eyeshadow with your fingertips or with the Artisan Brush 226 (sold separately) for even more intense color. For a waterproof wear, mix the eyeshadow with Aqua Seal (sold separately) prior to application. You can also layer the eyeshadow over pencils, creams, or Aqua XL Paint (sold separately) for added dimension.
