You can apply the eyeshadow with your fingertips or the Artisan Brush 226 (sold separately) for even more intense color. For a waterproof finish, mix the eyeshadow with Aqua Seal (sold separately) before application. The versatile formula can be layered over pencils, creams, or Aqua XL Paint (sold separately) for endless creative possibilities.
