For more intense payoff and longer wear, start by applying the Step 1 Eye & Lip Primer (sold separately). You can apply the eyeshadow with your fingertips or with the Artisan Brush 226 (sold separately) for more intense color. The eyeshadow can be layered over pencils, creams, or Aqua XL Paint (sold separately) for added dimension. To achieve waterproof wear, mix the eyeshadow with Aqua Seal (sold separately) prior to application.
