Instructions:
There are two ways to wear the ONE/SIZE Eye Popper Sparkle Vision Liquid Eyeshadow:
- Wear alone: Easily swipe onto your eyelid with the applicator wand and blend out with your finger or a brush as desired.
- As a topper: Apply lightly over your eyeshadow (the perfect complement to the Patrick Starrr Visionary Eyeshadow Palette, sold separately) and blend with your finger for an added effect.
