Instructions:
To use the GrandePRIMER Pre-Mascara Lengthener & Thickener, simply coat the applicator and sweep the brush from the lash base to the tips in an upward motion, just like you would with mascara. The primer goes on white, so immediately apply your mascara over it. For best results, apply the primer on one eye first and then follow with mascara without moving to the next eye. This prevents the primer from drying and makes for an easier application. After applying the primer, you can cover any remaining white areas by closing your eye and applying mascara onto the top of your lashes.
