Instructions:
- For fortified lashes, apply Cils Booster Lash Revitalizing Serum (sold separately).
- Prep with Cils Booster XL Enhancing Lash Primer (sold separately) to boost volume, length, and curl.
- Hold the mascara wand horizontally near your lashes, with the curved side facing up.
- Apply with an upward-swiping motion on your top lashes and a downward-swiping motion on your bottom lashes.
