Instructions:
Apply MILK MAKEUP Waterproof RISE Lifting + Lengthening Mascara to your lashes using the brush. Start at the base of your lashes and wiggle the wand upwards to lift and lengthen. Repeat for added volume and definition. Remove with makeup remover.
