Instruction:
For spot-concealing, apply the Anastasia Beverly Hills Magic Touch Concealer directly under the eyes, over blemishes or discoloration, or anywhere you want extra coverage. Start with a light layer and build as desired. Blend and diffuse using Brush 18 (sold separately) or tap with your fingertips, using gentle pressure. For under-eyes, select a shade that is one or two shades lighter than your skin tone. Apply two or three dots and blend the edges. For dark circles, choose a shade with a peach undertone to color-correct and brighten. For blemishes, select a shade that matches your skin tone and apply one dot, blending the edges. If you have redness, go for a shade with a golden undertone to neutralize.
