Instructions:
To conceal dark circles, choose a concealer one to two shades lighter than your skin tone. Apply three dots onto your under-eye area using the doe-foot applicator and blend outward with your fingers. For fuller coverage, build as needed. To correct blemishes and imperfections, choose the concealer shade that best matches your skin tone. Apply directly onto imperfections with the applicator and blend with your ring finger.
