Use the Precision Concealer Brush 180 or Lil Precision Makeup Sponge Duo 105 (each sold separately) to blend the concealer seamlessly into the skin. Start with a thin layer and build as needed, as a little goes a long way. To brighten under-eyes, allow the concealer to dry completely before setting it with the Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Setting Powder (sold separately).
