For best results, apply the Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Longwear Liquid Concealer directly under the eyes or over blemishes. Use the Precision Concealer Brush 180 or Lil Precision Makeup Sponge Duo 105 (each sold separately) to blend the concealer seamlessly into the skin. Start with a thin layer and build as needed, as a little goes a long way. If brightening under the eyes, allow the concealer to dry completely before setting it with the Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Setting Powder (sold separately). Rihanna recommends setting the concealer as the very last step in your makeup routine.
