Instructions:
To use Hourglass Veil™ Eye Primer, squeeze a small amount onto your fingertip and dot it across your eyelid. Gently pat to blend an even layer over the entire lid and up to the brow bone. Allow it to dry completely before applying your eyeshadow or leave it bare for natural, even coverage. For an extra touch, apply the primer to the lower lash line to keep eyeliner or eyeshadow from smudging under the eye.
