Instructions:
1. Prep your clean skin with the Step One Skin Equalizer Primer (sold separately) for a smooth canvas.
2. Using the Artisan Brush #108 (sold separately), start applying the Matte Velvet Skin Foundation at the center of your face and blend it outwards and downwards for a seamless finish.
3. For an added setting powder, dust the Matte Velvet Skin Blurring Powder Foundation (sold separately) on top to lock in your makeup.
