Instructions:
For best results, prep your clean skin with Step One Skin Equalizer Primer (sold separately). Then, apply the MAKE UP FOR EVER Matte Velvet Skin Foundation using the Artisan Brush #108 (sold separately). Start at the center of your face and blend out and down for a seamless finish. To set your foundation, dust the Matte Velvet Skin Blurring Powder Foundation (sold separately) on top as a setting powder.
