Instructions:
For best results, prep your clean skin with the Step One Skin Equalizer Primer (sold separately) to create a smooth canvas. Apply the MAKE UP FOR EVER Matte Velvet Skin Foundation with the Artisan Brush #108 (sold separately), starting at the center of the face and blending out and down for a seamless finish. To set your foundation and further blur imperfections, dust the Matte Velvet Skin Blurring Powder Foundation (sold separately) on top as a setting powder.
