Instructions:
For best results, prep clean skin with Step One Skin Equalizer Primer (sold separately) before applying the MAKE UP FOR EVER Matte Velvet Skin Full Coverage Foundation. Use the Artisan Brush #108 (sold separately) to apply the foundation, starting at the center of the face and blending out and down. Finish by dusting the Matte Velvet Skin Blurring Powder Foundation (sold separately) on top as a setting powder.
